Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    This offer is valid for first-time Bioptron device purchasers only, and is limited to one claim per household. Devices must be purchased directly from Bioptron NZ (bioptron.co.nz) or through authorised Bioptron NZ consultants.
  1. Guarantee Period:
    The guarantee is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  1. Initial Contact Requirement:
    Before lodging a claim, customers must first contact the consultant they purchased the device from to discuss their experience and receive support. In many cases, further guidance can improve results.
  1. Written Feedback Form:
    If the customer still wishes to proceed, they must complete a written feedback form detailing their experience, usage consistency, and reason for dissatisfaction. This helps us continually improve product support and service.
  1. How to Claim:
    Contact Bioptron NZ in writing at info@zepternz.co.nz, within the 30-day period. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.
  1. Return of Product:
    The device must be returned in a condition, free from misuse, damage, or tampering, and with all original packaging, components, accessories, promotional items, and documentation intact. Returned units will undergo a quality assurance inspection to ensure compliance.
  1. Customer Responsibility for Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the cost and safe return shipping of the device. Bioptron NZ is not liable for loss or damage in transit.
  1. Refund Process:
    Upon receipt of the device, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 working days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  1. Exclusions:
    This guarantee does not apply to:

·         Consumables (e.g. skincare products, filters, sprays) that have been opened or used.

·         Devices that show signs of damage, neglect, tampering, or unauthorised modification.

·         Incomplete returns, including missing packaging, components, or documentation.

If any promotional item (e.g. a gift with purchase) was provided, it must be returned in original condition. If not returned, the value will be deducted from the refund.

  1. Intended Use & Claim Integrity:
    This guarantee is offered as part of a genuine wellness partnership. It is intended to support customers who have actively engaged with the device in pursuit of meaningful health outcomes.
    It is not applicable in cases of buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or where the product has not been used as recommended. Claims must reflect a sincere attempt to experience the benefits of Bioptron therapy.
  1. Right to Amend:
    Bioptron NZ reserves the right to amend or cancel this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
