Torn Ankle Ligament and Tibia Fracture

On Thursday, in an accident while loading horses onto the horse float, I tore a ligament over the ankle bone and broke the tip of the tibia bone. On Friday, when I arrived at Taupo, I could not move my toes and I had significant swelling.

Immediately after Bioptron Light and Colour Therapy treatment, I could wiggle my toes with no pain. That night I continued to improve until I felt I could walk on it!

By Saturday morning I could wiggle and move the whole ankle without pain.
