Fractured Radius, Elbow Injury and Headache

In February my son fell out of a tree hut at least 9 feet above the ground. Being summer the ground was hard and he landed on his head and elbow. The lump on his head extended out beyond his ear and his radius was fractured and the growth plates on his elbow moved. His elbow was also very swollen.

I treated his head in 3 locations for 4 minutes at a time with the Bioptron Compact. As I did the treatment the swelling subsided until all that remained was a 3 inch red line. His headache also went away.

I used the purple light on the elbow - again in 3 locations for 4 minutes, and watched as about 70% of the swelling subsided. The whole area turned dark purple as the deep bruising was brought to the surface and my son said that the pain reduced almost immediately, though it was still a "bit sore".

Four days later the elbow was yellow and a week later another x-ray showed that the elbow was fine, the fracture was knitting well. Neither the head or elbow has given him any bother since and I can definitely attribute the rapid healing and lack of pain and discomfort to the Bioptron.
