Dog Broken Ankle and Wound Healing

Mark's dog broke the ankle of its rear left leg. There was a bone protruding and extensive skin loss and muscle damage. The initial vet visit put the bone together via pin and wire attached to a bolt. The Bioptron light was used on the damaged area daily with bandage changes. The vet was surprised how quickly the wounds healed and there was no infection at all.
