I was handing out slabs of hay to the horses and one very greedy boy grabbed for it from the side as I was placing it over the fence. Somehow he sliced deeply into my thumb, perhaps with the side of his tooth. He didn't actually bite my thumb. It hurt!

The second photo shows after one week's daily treatment with purple (for bruising and swelling), green (in case of infection) and Bioptron.

By the end of two weeks (photo 3) there was just a faint mark.
