I am a 76-year-old widow, a paediatrician by profession. With regard to my age, I have been battling with arthritis for over 20 years. although considering my medical knowledge the arthritis never really thrived but was always quite painful and as I get older the movement of my joints and spine is getting more limited. Before I started with the Bioptron light therapy I took antirheumatics that helped the arthritis but, considering the many years of use, harmed my stomach. Bioptron light and colour therapy helped me get rid of the pain in the joints and increase their mobility and to protect my sensitive stomach, because I had stopped taking the antirheumatics. I usually have the treatments every day. although now considering the fact that I have already been using it for over a year. I can skip a few days and the joints will remain very mobile and painless.

Since I had had good results with my joints I started to treat my eyes and ears. My eyesight. in consideration of my age, is weakened thus I wear glasses and I also had the starting signs of a cataract. My hearing is also considerably weakened in both ears so I must use a hearing aid without which I couldn't properly communicate with my family. I also had tinnitus in both of my ears, although it was stronger in the left.

The Bioptron light and colour therapy helped both my eyes and ears. My eyes feel a lot more rested. I can see clearer and when I read without my glasses they don't get tired as fast as they used to. The therapy also affected my hearing very positively. so much that I can now successfully communicate without my hearing aid. and the tinnitus is gone while I have my therapies. and if the pause isn't longer than a few days it usually does not return between treatments. Even if it does return it is not nearly as annoying as it used to be. I just wanted to share this with you in the hope that others may have the courage to try out this effective, harmless treatment.
